艾滋病实验室工作人员是艾滋病感染的高危人群,日常工作中很难避免发生职业暴露。本文报道一起在一次工作中不慎被职业暴露的病例及其临床处理情况。
HIV laboratory staff are at high risk for HIV infection and are hard-pressed to avoid occupational exposure in their daily work. This article reports a case of occupational exposure to a job together with its clinical management.
