社会上一般将从事第二或第三职业的收入称为“隐性收入”。“隐性收入”的取得形式多种多样,这里只对其中几种比较典型的情况加以介绍: 1、一些从事文教、科研和编辑出版工作的人员,有隐性收入的情况比较普遍。一方面由于其有较高的文化水准和专业知识,更有一些专业人员手里掌握着一定的成果;另一方面,这些人员往往又不需要坐班,有许多闲余时间可由自己自由支配。得天独厚的条件决定和促成了这些人员具备获得“隐性收入”的可能,有许多现象已成为不争的事实。
The general community will be engaged in second or third career income called “hidden income.” The “hidden income” is obtained in various forms. Only a few of the more typical cases are described here: 1. Some people engaged in cultural, educational, scientific research and editorial publishing work have a hidden income situation. On the one hand, because of their higher literacy and professional knowledge, some professionals have certain achievements in their hands. On the other hand, these personnel often do not need to be on duty and have plenty of spare time at their disposal. Blessed conditions determine and facilitate the availability of these people “hidden income”, and many phenomena have become indisputable facts.
