长期以来,我国各中学的体育教学模式,都是依据体育教学大纲进而制定出教学目标、内容、教学方式以及组织形式,然后统一实施教学内容、进度以及相关组织形式,这样的教学模式没有结合学生主体情况,我国各个中学的体育教学中普遍存在这一问题。作者根据自身数年来的高中体育教学经验,对选项教学的含义进行了阐述,然后对现阶段实施体育选项教学的影响因素进行了分析,并结合具体实际情况给出了相应的对策。
