目的调查淳安县千岛湖镇蚊密度及季节消长、淡色库蚊携带流行性乙型脑炎病毒及抗药性情况,为防制流行性乙型脑炎(乙脑)提供依据。方法采用诱蚊灯法监测千岛湖镇城区蚊密度,用荧光定量PCR法检测自然种群携带乙脑病毒情况,用幼虫浸渍法检测淡色库蚊抗药性。结果千岛湖镇城区2014年成蚊平均密度为1.98只/(灯·h),以淡色库蚊为主,占捕获总数的77.94%,各种环境中牲畜棚的蚊密度最高为2.92只/(灯·h),成蚊密度消长基本呈单峰型,7月达到峰值,密度为3.70只/(灯·h);捕获的淡色库蚊和三带喙库蚊体内均未检出乙脑病毒;淡色库蚊对敌敌畏和溴氰菊酯有抗药性,抗性倍数分别为14.55和6.19,高效氯氰菊酯抗性倍数0.37、残杀威抗性倍数1.30、三氯杀虫酯抗性倍数1.15、丙烯菊酯抗性倍数1.06。结论淳安县千岛湖镇存在乙脑主要传播媒介淡色库蚊、三带喙库蚊,其中优势蚊种淡色库蚊对敌敌畏、溴氰菊酯等药物产生了抗药性。该特征可能会加大本区域乙脑的控制难度。
Objective To investigate the mosquito density and its seasonal fluctuation in Qiandaohu town, Chun’an County, and to carry the epidemic encephalitis virus (JEV) and drug resistance of Culex pipiens pallens to provide evidence for the prevention of Japanese encephalitis (JE). Methods Mosquito density was used to monitor mosquito density in Qiandaohu town by mosquito lamp method. The detection of JE virus by natural population was detected by fluorescence quantitative PCR method. The resistance of Culex pipiens pallens was detected by larva dipping method. Results The average adult mosquito density in urban area of Qiandaohu Town in 2014 was 1.98 / (lamp · h), mainly Culex pipiens pallens, accounting for 77.94% of the total number captured. The highest mosquito density of livestock shed in various environments was 2.92 / Lamp · h), the density growth of adult mosquitoes was basically unimodal, peaked in July, with a density of 3.70 / (lamp · h); no JE virus was detected in Culex pipiens pallens and Culex tritaeniorhynchus captured ; Culex pipiens pallens were resistant to dichlorvos and deltamethrin, the resistance multiples were 14.55 and 6.19 respectively, the resistance to beta-cypermethrin was 0.37, the resistance to malaria resorcinol was 1.30, the resistance to trichloro-insecticide was 1.15, Ester resistance fold of 1.06. Conclusion The main vectors of Culex pipiens pallens and Culex tritaeniorhynchus were present in Qiandaohu Town, Chun’an County. Culex pipiens pallens (Culex pipiens) were resistant to dichlorvos and deltamethrin. This feature may increase the control of JE in the region.
