目的:将案例推理技术引入医院药学领域,实现药历生成的智能化。方法:通过基于案例推理的智能化药历生成方法(IGM-MR),建立了面向药学服务、药学诊断和药历书写的智能化电子药历生成系统(IGS-EMR),通过组织初始案例库,进行IGM-MR方法的有效性验证实验。结果:该方法在药历检索中适用性强、效率高、质量高。结论:该方法(IGM-MR)为药历的生成和有效利用提供了一种新思路,有利于实现药历生成的智能化和药历管理的现代化。
OBJECTIVE: To introduce case-based reasoning technology into the field of hospital pharmacy and realize the intelligentization of generating medical records. Methods: Based on the IGM-MR method, an intelligent electronic calendar generation system (IGS-EMR) for pharmacy services, pharmacy diagnosis and prescription writing was established. By organizing the initial case library , The IGM-MR method validation test. Results: The method has strong applicability in medical history search, high efficiency and high quality. Conclusion: This method (IGM-MR) provides a new idea for the generation and effective use of medical records, and is conducive to the modernization of medical intelligence generation and medical records management.
