目的:消除下颈锁上野与胸部(胸壁或纵膈)野衔接出现的剂量遗漏或重叠。方法:采用相邻野半束同中点照射,胸壁切线野采用双半束照射,模拟机定位,TPS计算剂量。结果:术方法可有效解决衔接野间剂量遗漏及重叠,最大限度减轻脊髓、肺照射剂量,减轻后遗症及并发症,较大野低熔点遮挡设野操作方便,剂量分布合理。结论:在具有不对称光拦的照射设备的单位,推广半束照射技术有助于提高治疗质量。
OBJECTIVE: To eliminate dose omissions or overlaps in the wild convergence of the upper neck and the chest (chest wall or mediastinum). Methods: The adjacent half beam was irradiated with the same midpoint, and the thoracic wall tangential field was irradiated with double beam. The position was simulated by the simulator. The dose was calculated by TPS. Results: The surgical method can effectively solve the omission and overlap of doses in the joint field, minimize the radiation dose to the spinal cord and lung, reduce the sequelae and complications, and the large wild low melting point shielding is convenient to set up and the dose distribution is reasonable. Conclusion: In units with asymmetrical light barriers for irradiation equipment, the promotion of half-beam irradiation technology will help improve the quality of treatment.
