心脏复跳后,自主呼吸未必能立即恢复,即便恢复,其呼吸功能也不可能很快达到正常。因此,心脏复跳后无论自主呼吸是否恢复,都应进行呼吸支持直至呼吸功能完全正常。 一、促进自主呼吸恢复 心跳停止时间较短、抢救措施及时而有效、复苏顺利并且原无呼吸功能障碍者,一般在心脏复跳之后,呼吸也随之恢复。如呼吸长时间不恢复,应设法查出危及生命的潜在因素并给予相应治疗。 (1)维持适当的血压,稳定心律,改善呼吸中枢的血流灌注。
