近年来,随着腹腔镜的广泛临床应用,在带给医生们和患者的优越性的同时,一些创伤也同样引起我们的高度重视,就腹腔镜胆囊切除术(L C)时有发生胆总管损伤,是L C中转开腹手术的重要原因,本文总结患者在L C中预防和处理胆总管损伤的体会报道如下:1 临床与资料我院于2009年1月至2010年12月,两年共施行L C786例,其中男:66例,女:720例,均诊断为结石胆囊炎或胆囊息肉,既往有上腹部手术史23例,下腹部手术46例,正常中转开腹3例,其中L C中损伤胆总管2例,横断1例,右肝管损伤1例,均中转开腹,胆总管放“T”管支撑引流.
