目的:比较CD7+CD56+和CD7-CD56-急性髓性白血病患者免疫表型的差异。方法:采用多色流式细胞术检测患者免疫表型,对患者的其他资料和免疫表型进行比较。结果:CD7+CD56+在M0+M1分型中的分布比例、外周血血红蛋白、骨髓原始细胞比例、中枢系统浸润率、CD34平均荧光强度均高于CD7-CD56-;但胞浆髓过氧化物酶(CyMPO)MFI低于CD7-CD56-。结论:CD7+CD56+起源早,浸润性强,需加强巩固治疗和中枢系统微小残留病灶监测。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the immunophenotype differences in patients with CD7 + CD56 + and CD7-CD56- acute myeloid leukemia. Methods: The immunophenotypes of patients were examined by multicolor flow cytometry, and other data and immunophenotypes of patients were compared. Results: The percentage distribution of CD7 + CD56 + in M0 + M1 genotypes was significantly higher than that of CD7-CD56- in peripheral blood hemoglobin, the percentage of bone marrow blasts, the infiltration rate of central nervous system, and CD34. However, the levels of cytosol myeloperoxidase (CyMPO) MFI is lower than that of CD7-CD56-. Conclusion: The origin of CD7 + CD56 + is early and invasive. It is necessary to strengthen the consolidation treatment and the monitoring of minimal residual lesions in the central nervous system.
