目的评价臭氧雾化联合壳聚糖治疗混合性阴道炎的有效性和安全性。方法随机选取2014年1月至5月在长兴县妇幼保健院门诊就诊的混合性阴道炎患者186例,分为观察组和对照组,观察组用臭氧雾化联合壳聚糖治疗,对照组用定君生联合甲硝唑片口服,治疗时间为7 d,观察两组患者治疗后的临床疗效和安全性。结果治疗7 d后,观察组治疗有效率为92.47%,对照组治疗有效率为93.55%,两组无明显药物不良反应。结论臭氧雾化联合壳聚糖治疗混合性阴道炎疗效好,安全性好,无明显副作用,可作为治疗混合性阴道炎的一个选择。
Objective To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of ozone atomization combined with chitosan in the treatment of mixed vaginitis. Methods A total of 186 patients with mixed vaginitis from January 2014 to May in outpatient clinic of Changchun Maternal and Child Health Hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The observation group was treated with ozone atomization combined with chitosan. The control group Ding Jun students combined metronidazole tablets oral treatment time was 7 d, the clinical efficacy and safety of the two groups were observed after treatment. Results After 7 days of treatment, the effective rate of the observation group was 92.47%, while that of the control group was 93.55%. There was no obvious adverse drug reaction in the two groups. Conclusions Ozone-atomization combined with chitosan has good curative effect, good safety and no obvious side effects in the treatment of mixed vaginitis. It can be used as an option for the treatment of mixed vaginitis.
