位于怒江上游的达萨水文站是1982年为修建查龙电站而设立的,主要任务是为查龙水电站的设计、建造和运行提供水位、流量、泥沙、冰情、水温、降水等资料。 1983年6月4日,我和陈旺民、于冬季3人从内地来到达萨水文站。由于水文站地处海拔4700米,氧气含量不足内地的一半,刚到站时,不说工作,我们就连走路、呼吸都感到困难。6月份,我们中午穿衬衣、短裤都感到热得难受,
The Dasa Hydrographic Station at the upper reaches of the Nu River was established in 1982 to construct the Chalong Hydropower Station. Its main task is to provide information on water level, flow, sediment, ice conditions, water temperature and precipitation for the design, construction and operation of the Chalong Hydropower Station.
