湖州市公安局交警支队康山中队深入实施“警务广场”战略,探索构建民意导向型交通管理警务新模式,在治理小区停车难、服务辖区重大建设项目、加强农村交通管理、治理交通堵点乱点、强化交通安全源头监管、加强学校交通安全工作、加强交警队伍建设等方面取得了一定的成效。进一步推动交通管理由管理向治理转变,应建立科学的交通管理考核评价体系,建立政府主导的交通管理社会化机制,交通管理重心向基层基础工作位移,交通管理方式由单一管理向管理型服务型拓展,打造高素质的交警队伍。
