目的研究红树林植物海漆Excoecaria agallocha的化学成分。方法利用柱色谱手段,结合波谱方法(EI-MS,1D NMR)分离鉴定海漆的化学成分。结果从红树林植物海漆的石油醚部分分离纯化了12个次生代谢产物,分别鉴定为蒲公英赛酮(Ⅰ)、邻苯二甲酰正二丁酯(Ⅱ)、β-香树脂醇(Ⅲ)、3-羟基-18烯-齐墩果烷(Ⅳ)、3-羰基-18-烯-齐墩果烷(Ⅴ)、褐藻素A(脱镁叶绿素A,Ⅵ)、白桦脂醇(Ⅶ)、β-扶桑甾醇(Ⅷ)、β-谷甾醇(Ⅸ)、白桦脂酸(Ⅹ)、齐墩果酸(Ⅺ)、熊果酸(Ⅻ)。结论其中化合物Ⅶ、Ⅷ、Ⅹ、Ⅻ为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical composition of the mangrove plant Excoecaria agallocha. Methods The chemical constituents of sea lacquer were identified and identified by column chromatography and EI-MS (1D NMR). Results Twelve secondary metabolites were isolated and purified from the petroleum ether fraction of mangrove plant sea lacquer. They were identified as taraxtone (I), n-butyl phthalate (II), and β-campiol (III). ), 3-Hydroxy-18ene-Oleanane (IV), 3-Carboxy-18-ene-Oleanane (V), Fucoxine A (Pheophorophyll A, VI), Betulin (VII) ), β-Pentodeonol (VIII), β-sitosterol (IX), betulinic acid (X), oleanolic acid (XI), ursolic acid (XII). Conclusion Compounds VII, VIII, X and XII were isolated from this plant for the first time.
