一个学校篮球运动的水平从某种程度上说可以反映出这个学校整体体育教育水平的高低。在经过多年的执教、观察、访谈后,发现许多学校有篮球队,但篮球运动成绩一直不好,这主要还是教练员忽视了对学生战术意识的培养。训练、比赛中有战术可用,但无法实施,或实施效果很差。一支篮球队伍,若要成绩好,必须有战术,有战术就必须有实施战术的运动员,而这些运动员又必须具有很好的战术意识。战术意识是靠平时培养而来。本文就培养学生战术意识方面作了一些小小的阐述。
To some extent, the level of basketball in a school can reflect the overall level of physical education in this school. After many years of coaching, observing and interviewing, I found that many schools have basketball teams, but basketball performance has not been good. This is mainly due to the coaches neglecting to cultivate students’ tactical awareness. Training, the tactics available during the competition, but can not be implemented, or the implementation of poor results. A basketball team, to score well, there must be tactics, tactics must have tactical players, and these athletes must have a good tactical awareness. Tactical awareness is usually cultivated. This article made a little elaboration on cultivating students’ tactical awareness.
