随着国家电网升级改造工程全面铺开,外包施工队伍成了电网建设中一支不可忽视的力量,但外包施工队伍的管理水平参差不齐,作业人员安全生产意识较淡薄,安全生产技能不足,违章事件和人身伤害事故时有发生。结合目前电力建设工作实际,制定《外包施工队伍安全管理标准》,为外包施工管理增加了一道安全保险。通过管理标准的推行,可以有效防范外包工程安全事故,保障人民生命、财产及设备安全。
