在大批量生产中,测量孔位置的检具,一般均是遵循最大实体原则(MMB)设计的。这种测量方法主要缺点就是对于孔的位置不能定值的测定。为满足对于孔的位置定值测定的需要,设计制造了如图所示的检具。这个检具是供测量箱形零件侧面孔位置的。它是由检具体、测量头和百分表等组成。测量时,把工件安装在基准面和基准销上,再将测量头插入被测孔中,回转一周,即可通过百分表读取测值,对数值进行计算后,便可以定值地得到孔相对基准的位置。
