研究了在二氧化锆与不锈钢的混合粉末中加入粘结剂时的挤压成形特性,并着重考察了混合粉末的可挤压上限条件.所用粘结剂为水溶性羟两基甲基纤维素(HPMC)和水.结果表明,混合粉末的可挤压上限成分(质量分数)随不锈钢粉末含量的增加而上升,当不锈钢粉末含量(体积分数)为70%~90%时达到最大;粘结剂中HPMC的质量分数以10%为宜.
The extrusion properties of the mixed powders of zirconia and stainless steel were studied. The extrusion limit of the mixed powders was emphatically studied. The binders used are water-soluble hydroxy-2-methyl-cellulose (HPMC) and water. The results showed that the upper limit of extrudable composition (mass fraction) of mixed powder increased with the increase of stainless steel powder content, and reached the maximum when the stainless steel powder content (volume fraction) was 70% ~ 90%. The mass fraction of HPMC 10% is appropriate.
