慈善事业是社会的稳定器,承担了社会救助与发展的功能。慈善组织属于公共组织范畴,接受社会监督就成为必然要求。慈善监督分内部监督和外部监督。内部监督指的是慈善组织自己的监督,外部监督包括政府的监督或直属机构监督、社会公众监督、媒体监督、专业机构监督等。本文对成都市慈善组织的监督问题进行调查,采取问卷调查方式并对数据进行整理分析。
Charity is the stabilizer of society and undertakes the function of social assistance and development. Charities belong to the category of public organizations and accept social supervision as an inevitable requirement. Charity supervision is divided into internal supervision and external supervision. Internal supervision refers to the supervision of the charity itself, and the external supervision includes the supervision of the government or the supervision of the immediate agency, the public supervision, the media supervision and the supervision of the professional agencies. This paper investigates the supervision of charitable organizations in Chengdu, takes a questionnaire survey and analyzes the data.
