近年来,随着我国市场经济的不断发展,我国正处在重要的转型期间,对于广大企业的政工工作也带来了一系列新的挑战。任何一个企业在复杂的市场中所面临的竞争与机遇实际上是平等的,加强政工工作,不仅是维持企业安定团结的根本,同时还可以有效提升企业的整体竞争水平。本文主要探讨了国有企业发挥政工工作过程中存在的主要问题,并提出了加强政工工作的措施。
In recent years, with the continuous development of the market economy in our country, our country is in an important period of transition and has brought a series of new challenges to the political work of the vast number of enterprises. The competition and opportunities that any one enterprise faces in a complicated market are actually equal. Strengthening political and government work is not only the basis for maintaining the stability and unity of an enterprise, but also can effectively enhance the overall competitiveness of enterprises. This paper mainly discusses the main problems existing in the process of state-owned enterprises’ political work and puts forward the measures to strengthen the work of political work.
