配置优化问题是平流层飞艇执行预警监控任务的关键问题,针对地面目标分布随机、多艘飞艇监控能力不等的情况所带来的一系列配置难题,提出了一种基于目标数量最大化覆盖的飞艇配置优化方法,构建了该问题的简易模型,通过设计的优化算法对模型进行求解,得到了多艘飞艇对离散目标点监控的优化配置方案。通过实验验证,该方法提高了多艘飞艇对地观测的有效覆盖率,减少了目标点的重复覆盖,合理布置飞艇资源提高了军事监控能力。
The configuration optimization problem is the key issue in the implementation of the early-warning monitoring mission of the airship. Aiming at a series of configuration problems caused by the random distribution of the ground targets and the varying surveillance capabilities of multiple airships, a method based on maximizing the number of targets Airship configuration optimization method, a simple model of the problem is constructed, the model is solved by the design optimization algorithm, and the optimized configuration scheme of multiple airships for discrete target monitoring is obtained. The experimental verification shows that this method improves the effective coverage rate of multiple airships to earth observation, reduces the repeated coverage of target points, and rationally arranges the airship resources to improve the military surveillance capability.
