当代艺术是社会和时代发展到今天必然产生的艺术形式,这种艺术形式必然地和本土文化、时代和社会情境发生互动、共生,从而成长为一个有机的艺术种类。大漆媒介语言是中国最重要的传统艺术形式载体之一,具有承载独特精神属性和中国传统美学品质的特征。大漆和当代艺术的融合,客观上是当代艺术的本土化演化表征。大漆在当代艺术中的呈现,则表明了当代艺术的巨大可能性和大漆媒介语言的宽广适用性;大漆之于当代艺术,或可理解为大漆媒介艺术的演化拓展的走向之一,同时亦可理解为当代艺术中国流派的重要可能性之一。
Contemporary art is an inevitable art form that has developed from society and time to today. This art form inevitably interacts with local cultures, times and social situations to grow into an organic art genre. Lacquer media language is one of the most important carriers of traditional art forms in China. It has the characteristics of carrying unique spiritual attributes and traditional Chinese aesthetic qualities. The fusion of lacquer and contemporary art objectively represents the localization and evolution of contemporary art. The presence of lacquer in contemporary art shows the immense possibility of contemporary art and the broad applicability of lacquered medium language; lacquer in contemporary art can either be understood as one of the trends in the evolution of large-lacquered media art , But also one of the important possibilities of Chinese genres of contemporary art.
