目的建立饮用水中10种挥发性卤代烃的顶空毛细管气相色谱法测定方法。方法样品经55℃静态顶空20 min后,经DB-624(30 m×0.53 mm,3μm)毛细管色谱柱进行分离,采用气相色谱-电子捕获检测器分析,外标法定量生活饮用水中二氯甲烷、三氯甲烷、四氯化碳、顺1,2-二氯乙烯、三氯乙烯、1,2-二氯乙烷、一溴二氯甲烷、二溴一氯甲烷、四氯乙烯、三溴甲烷。结果本法平均加标回收率为85.17%~103.76%,相对标准偏差为1.51%~5.88%,检出限为0.009μg/L~2.19μg/L。结论所建立的方法简便、灵敏、准确,具有良好的精密度与准确度,可用于同时测定水样中10种挥发性卤代烃。
Objective To establish a capillary gas chromatographic method for the determination of 10 volatile halogenated hydrocarbons in drinking water. Methods The samples were separated by DB-624 (30 m × 0.53 mm, 3 μm) capillary column after static headspace at 55 ℃ for 20 min and analyzed by gas chromatography-electron capture detector. Chloroform, trichloromethane, carbon tetrachloride, cis 1,2-dichloroethylene, trichlorethylene, 1,2-dichloroethane, bromodichloromethane, dibromochloromethane, tetrachlorethylene, Tribromomethane. Results The average recovery of this method was 85.17% ~ 103.76% with relative standard deviation of 1.51% ~ 5.88%. The detection limit was 0.009μg / L ~ 2.19μg / L. Conclusion The established method is simple, sensitive and accurate. It has good precision and accuracy and can be used for the simultaneous determination of 10 kinds of volatile halogenated hydrocarbons in water samples.
