随着相关国家标准的实施,我国汽车零部件再制造行业迎来了一个新的发展机遇。汽车零部件是否适合再制造需通过相关指标来评价,文章构建了适合于汽车零部件再制造的技术性分析模型,给出其计算模型,可得出技术性各指标指数值,再利用层次分析法得出各指数的权重。以某型号起动机为例,在结构分析和试验的基础上,应用所建模型对其再制造性进行分析,计算得到其再制造的技术性指数,同时也验证了模型应用的有效性。
With the implementation of relevant national standards, China’s auto parts remanufacturing industry ushered in a new opportunity for development. Whether the automobile parts are suitable for remanufacturing needs to be evaluated by relevant indicators. The article constructs a technical analysis model suitable for the remanufacturing of automobile parts, gives its calculation model, obtains the index values of technical indexes, and reuses AHP The weight of each index. Taking a certain type of starter as an example, on the basis of structural analysis and test, the remanufacturing property of the model was analyzed and the technical index of its remanufacturing was calculated. The validity of the model application was also verified.
