洋务运动研究历来是近代史研究的中心话题之一。40多年来,主要是近10年来,洋务运动史学术讨论会已举行了七次,洋务运动的研究取得了令人瞩目的进展。洋务派经济思想是洋务派思想的中心内容之一,对洋务派经济思想的评价也随着对洋务运动研究的进展而深入。解放后至今,对洋务派经济思想的评价有从贬到褒到贬褒兼有的发展过程。正确评价洋务派经济思想,可以更好地以史为鉴正视现实,可以更好地把握中国近代化进程,可以搞清中国经济思想史发展过程。本文试图把洋务派经济思想放入经济思想史进程中,从经济理论和应用经济理论两方面,再加以经济思想的主体评价,力图建立自己对近代经济思想评价的新体系,即三模块评价体系:纯经济理论的规范评价(学术理论评价);应用经济理论的客观效应实证评价;经济思想的主体评价(目的、手段、利益)。
Westernization movement research has always been one of the central topics in the study of modern history. For more than 40 years, mainly in the past 10 years, the history of the Westernization Movement has been held for seven times and the research on the Westernization Movement has made remarkable progress. The economic thinking of the Westernization Movement is one of the core contents of the Westernization Movement’s thought, and its evaluation of the economic thinking of the Westernization Movement also follows the progress made in the study of the Westernization Movement. Since the liberation so far, the evaluation of the economic thoughts of the Westernization has derogated from the praise to the development of both derogatory and praise. Correctly evaluating the economic thinking of the Westernization School can better take history as a mirror to look squarely at the reality, grasp the progress of China’s modernization better and clarify the development process of the history of China’s economic thought. This paper attempts to put the Westernizationist economic thought into the process of economic thought, from the economic theory and applied economic theory, and then to the main body of economic thought evaluation, trying hard to establish its own new system of modern economic thought evaluation, namely the three-module evaluation system : Normative evaluation of pure economic theory (academic theory evaluation); empirical evaluation of objective effects of applied economic theory; and main evaluation (purpose, means and benefits) of economic thought.
