为了对大白菜芜菁花叶病毒病的抗性遗传规律进行研究,并筛选相关的分子标记,分别以高抗TuMV的高代自交系材料73和感TuMV的自交系材料06-247为亲本,构建其BC1群体,运用摩擦接种法以TuMV的C4株系对上述群体进行接种,同时采用生物学观察法进行抗病性鉴定,采用BSA法筛选相关基因的分子标记。研究结果表明,在该试验组合中,TuMV抗性是由一对隐性基因控制的,筛选出与该基因连锁的3个分子标记BrID90143(4.2 cM)、BrSSR4068(4.2 cM)和BrID10645(10.1 cM),为大白菜抗TuMV分子标记辅助选择及相关基因的精细定位奠定了基础。
