在金针菇生产中,往往会碰到母种或原种在瓶内过早出现子实体、菌丝老化、影响产量,为了促进菌丝生长延缓菌种老化,作者从改变菌种培养料配方着手,进行了初步探讨。材料与方法供试菌株引自上海市农科院食用菌所,经栽培后进行组织分离得到试管种。
