本文对318份阳性动物血清进行研究,首次报道了放射免疫沉淀试验(RIP)检测鼠疫F1抗体中发生的前滞现象、前滞率及前滞的稀释度范围等实验结果。318份阳性血清在1∶10~1∶80稀释度范围内有85份出现前滞现象,前滞率为2673%,其中1∶10~1∶40稀释度出现前滞81份,占9529%,稀释度在1∶80仅4份出现前滞,占471%,1∶80以上的稀释度基本不发生前滞或只发生部分前滞,其结合率均比阴性对照高3倍以上。因此,建议对常规的RIP检测鼠疫F1抗体的实验方法进行改进,在筛检试验中将1∶10省去,单独对1∶100进行检测,这不但节省时间、人力、物力及财力,而且能获得同等的检测效果
