随着社会经济的发展,用人单位对应用型人才的需求愈为迫切。国家对具备条件的普通本科高校向应用型本科转变的推动,提高了高等教育与经济、社会发展需求的贴合度,贯彻了高校人才培养“学以致用”的思想。作为对专业应用能力要求较高的财管专业,区别于高职院校培养具有熟练职业技能的实用型高等技术人才,如何在本科层次培养具有专业知识、应用能力、综合素质的高级应用型财管人才是一个需要积极探索的领域。
