本文研究观察到10g/kg。20g/kg 半夏泻心汤能升高小鼠抗体滴度,脾脏指数和吞噬率,15g/kg,30g/kg 能延长小鼠常压缺氧下存活时间。结果提示该方对机体免疫功能和常压抗缺氧能力有显著作用。
This study observed 10g/kg. 20g/kg Banxia Xiexin Decoction can increase mouse antibody titer, spleen index and phagocytosis rate, 15g/kg, 30g/kg can prolong survival time under normobaric hypoxia. The results suggest that this side has a significant role in the body’s immune function and normal pressure anti-anoxia ability.
