The dash “-” is the most basic, the most common use of which is to explain, explain or summarize the context. Such as: willow blossom - no result. This is a proverbial phrase. “There is no result” has two superficial and practical meanings. The superficial meaning is the sum of the results of the natural phenomenon of “wild willow blossoming”. If you take away this part, the meaning of the context is still coherent and smooth. Such as: What is this so-called 猹 一?
