针对坦克变速箱振动信号在状态监测中测点的选择问题,提出了根据不同测点的频响特性优化振动测点的方法。通过分析变速箱箱体的有限元动力学模型,得到箱体的各阶固有频率和振型,选择模态分析中总位移较大的位置作为最优的测点安装传感器,为试验测点布置以及状态监测和评估提供理论支持。研究结果表明:位于风扇联动装置齿轮箱附近的传感器对变速箱振动信号的强弱变化比较敏感。
Aiming at the selection of measuring points of tank gearbox vibration signals in condition monitoring, a method of optimizing vibration measuring points based on frequency response characteristics of different measuring points is proposed. By analyzing the finite element dynamic model of the gearbox box, the natural frequencies and vibration modes of each box of the box are obtained, and the position with larger total displacement in the modal analysis is selected as the optimal measuring point to install the sensors for the test measuring points As well as providing theoretical support for condition monitoring and evaluation.
