本刊讯2011年12月26日,工业和信息化部向各省、自治区、直辖市人民政府下达了“十二五”期间工业领域19个重点行业淘汰落后产能目标任务。并要求各地认真贯彻执行《淘汰落后产能工作考核实施方案》有关规定,尽快将目标任务分解形成年度计划,落实到具体企业,并采取综合措施,加强监督考核,确保落后设备(生产线)彻底拆
On December 26, 2011, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) issued to the people’s governments of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government the task of eliminating backward production capacity of 19 key industries in the industrial field during the “12th Five-Year Plan”. They also urged all localities to conscientiously implement the relevant provisions of the “Implementation Plan for the Elimination of Out-of-date Production Capacity Assessment Work”, decompose the target and tasks as soon as possible to form an annual plan, implement them to specific enterprises, and adopt comprehensive measures to strengthen supervision and assessment so as to ensure complete elimination of outdated equipment (production lines)
