祖国医药是一个统一的整体,理法为诊病用药之旨、方药为治病之施,故医与药必须协调,临床上才能收效。由于中药品种繁多,药物同名异物、异名同物,相近药名、相似药物,又因地区与地区之间的用药差异及业务人员的水平不等,所以处方用名与药物配付容易出现混乱现象,以致造成差错及事故。现就处方与药物应付中比较常见的几个问题谈点肤浅的看法,仅供参考:
