目的了解我市学生人群麻疹抗体水平,评估免疫规划工作现状,为制定麻疹防控措施提供依据。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测血清麻疹IgG抗体。结果本次共调查842例,麻疹抗体阳性788例,阳性率为93.6%。达到保护水平的人数为718例,保护率为85.2%。不同年龄组人群麻疹IgG抗体阳性率、保护率有显著差异;不同地区人群麻疹IgG抗体阳性率、保护率也存在显著差异;不同性别人群麻疹IgG抗体阳性率、保护率无显著差异。结论学生人群达到免疫成功率≥85%标准,但少数薄弱地区麻疹抗体阳性率及保护率均较低,小学生未能形成有效免疫屏障,今后仍需加强计划免疫工作,消除免疫空白人群。“,”Objective Understanding the measles antibody level of the student population in our city, to evaluate the status quo of immunization program, provide the basis for the establishment of measles prevention and control measures. Results The investigated a total of 842 cases, 788 cases of measles antibody positive, the positive rate was 93.6%. To achieve the level of protection for the number of 718 cases, the protection rate was 85.2%. People of dif erent age groups, the positive rate of measles IgG antibody protection rate were significantly dif erent;the positive rate of measles IgG antibody in dif erent areas, population protection rate also has the remarkable dif erence;people of dif erent sex, the positive rate of measles IgG antibody protection rate had no significant dif erence. Conclusion The student population reached the immune successful rate greater than 85%standard, but a few of the positive rate of measles antibody weak areas and the protection rate is relatively low, the pupils can not form ef ective immune bar ier, the future stil need to strengthen the immunization program, eliminate gaps in population immunity.
