跳台(Step-down)方法由于快速与简单,已广泛用于研究实验动物的学习、记忆功能及促智药的筛选。但一些具有镇痛、镇静或横纹肌松驰等药物可干扰实验结果。采用同时测定被动回避及逃避学习反应时间的方法,可鉴别药物的非特异性作用。实验用30~35g 的ddy 系雄性小鼠,跳台装置为21×21 x40cm~3的长方形箱子,底部平行安置26根不锈钢条(直径0.3cm,间隔0.8cm),钢条通以脉冲电刺激(1Hz,0.5s,60VDC),箱子中部放置一木平台(4×4×4cm~3),在箱外
Step-down method has been widely used to study the learning, memory function and nootropics screening of experimental animals because of its speed and simplicity. However, some drugs that have analgesic, sedation or striated relaxation may interfere with the results of the experiment. The method of simultaneous determination of passive avoidance and evasion of learning reaction time can identify nonspecific effects of drugs. The ddy male mice of 30-35 g were used in the experiment. The platform was a 21 x 21 x 40 cm ~ 3 rectangular box with 26 stainless steel rods (0.3 cm in diameter and 0.8 cm apart) parallel to the bottom.
