农村小学由于生源有限,一个年级往往只有一个教学班,教师配备紧张,同一年段和学科教师之间缺乏同伴互助,这就使得学校开展课堂教学研究活动缺少了针对性和可比性,导致活动的实效性不强。针对这种现状,我校结合农村学校的实际,在课堂教学研究方面做了几个有益的尝试,我校借助校本教研,以教师为本,给教师思考空间,让教师们围绕“备课”、“上课”、“作业批改与辅导”、“质量评价”等教学常规达标开展教学研究活动,全面促进教师专业化发展。
