我与朋友合开的这个广告公司主要从事报纸广告代理和印刷广告设计业务。当时的印刷业务竞争很激烈,朋友就利用以前的关系,接到了几笔业务。业务多了,人手就不够,于是,我和朋友从人才市场招了几名员工。 刚招进来的人员经验都不足,因此在设计制作上学生气比较浓,客户很不满意,业务黄了不少。我当时特别生气,但我知道发脾气是解决不了问题的。
