在十多年前,中共中央国务院对中等职业学校实行学分制管理,就有明确指示,但我们湖南执行力度不大。现在中等职业学校的学生,由于没有学习压力,学习积极性越来越低;教师,由于缺少激励机制,工作积极性也不高,所以对教育教学体制的改革迫在眉睫。中等职业学校实行学分制管理,不失为一项有效措施,有利于调动师生的工作和学习积极性;有利于在速度上快出人才,在数量上多出人才,质量上出好人才;有利于落实党的决定。
More than a decade ago, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council gave clear instructions on the implementation of the credit system in secondary vocational schools. However, we did not exercise much enforcement in Hunan. Now secondary vocational school students, due to lack of learning pressure, learning enthusiasm is getting lower and lower; teachers, due to lack of incentives, enthusiasm is not high, so reform of education and teaching system is imminent. The implementation of the credit system management in secondary vocational schools, after all, is an effective measure conducive to mobilizing teachers and students to work and study enthusiasm; is conducive to speeding out of talent, the number of talents on the quality of good talent; conducive to the implementation Party’s decision.
