近年来,我们党在县级以上党政领导班子和领导干部中集中开展的以“讲学习、讲政治、讲正气”为主要内容的党性党风教育取得了明显成效。随着整个集中教育阶段渐入尾声,广大干部群众都很关注“以后怎么办”的问题。对此,笔者认为:集中教育的结束,并不是“三讲”教育的结束。必须树立起经常性观点,把“三讲”教育作为我们党面向新世纪加强自身建设的一项战略性措施和长期性任务,深入持久地抓紧抓好。
In recent years, the party has made remarkable achievements in the education of the party spirit and party with the main content of “stressing on learning, stressing politics and upright righteousness” focused on the leading bodies and leading cadres at the party and government level above the county level. With the entire intensive education phase coming to an end, the majority of cadres and the masses are very concerned about the question of “what to do next.” In this regard, I believe: the end of centralized education is not the end of the “three stresses” education. We must establish a regular viewpoint and take the “three stresses” education as a strategic measure and a long-term task for our party to enhance self-construction in the new century. We must do a good job in a profound and sustained manner.
