目的对医院感染现状深入了解、掌握,利用计算机技术对医院感染进行全面监测。方法采用Windows95平台设计软件,有远程访问服务、数据传输及资源功能共享;大量、详细的统计分析功能及系统设置功能;进行全省医院感染监测、控制。结果经用户单位使用有以下特点:监测目标明确,范围、项目已大大扩展,适于医院感染监控、科研应用;监测与控制密切结合起来,设计中将医院感染高危因素与感染发生率、感染的病原微生物相关性显示,为控制感染提供方向;监测与全省协作科研工作结合,根据大面积、多层次、长时间科研协作性的深入、细致全面综合监测、分析,揭示医院感染发生、发展规律及对控制措施的客观评价;阶段小结设置,数据自动储存、统计分析,汇总成图文并茂,阶段性动态监测的重要信息,并以线形图、直方图、圆饼图表示,动态监测,有同期对比,信息直观,形象显然。结论将Windows95计算机技术用于医院感染监测、控制、科研方面,可大大提高医院感染管理工作效率、质量和科研学术水平
