一、病例报告患者,女,37岁,因“发现右耳后肿物3个月”于2014年2月08日入院,3个月前患者无意中发现右耳后一肿物,约杏核大小,无疼痛,无口角歪斜,无眼睑闭合不全等面神经症状,肿物逐渐增大,门诊医生以“右腮腺肿物性质待查混合瘤?”收住院治疗。入院后专科检查见:右腮腺可扪及一大小约3.0cm×2.0cm肿物,表面光滑,边界清,活动度好,无压痛。
