患者女 ,38岁。因低热伴左上腹胀痛就诊。体检一般情况良好 ,心肺Ｘ片无异常 ,全身浅表淋巴结无肿大 ,上消化道造影无异常发现。肝未触及 ,脾肋缘下 2ｃｍ ,表面欠光滑 ,质中 ,叩痛。患者自述以往身体健康 ,无结核病史及肝病史。图 1　脾结核Ｂ超发现 :肝、胆、胰、双肾均正常 Female patient, 38 years old. Low-grade fever with left upper quadrant pain treatment. Physical examination is generally good, no abnormal cardiopulmonary X-ray, systemic superficial lymph nodes without swelling, no abnormal findings of upper gastrointestinal angiography. Liver did not touch the spleen under the edge of 2cm, the surface is less smooth, quality, percussion pain.
