本文拟从近年来铝电解工艺新的理论和实践方面说明铝电解槽工艺设计必须从传统的束缚中解脱出来,采用新的概念来设计具有八十年代特点的高效能电解槽。主要内容是尽可能采用与规模相适应的大容量电解槽,低温、低分子比和低氧化铝浓度的电解质工艺条件,频繁的点式下料制度,磁效应和槽膛内形的最佳化设计以及完善的电算机控制系统。这些手段均是保证电解槽取得高效能的基本条件,也是企业取得高经济效益的重要技术措施之一,这是铝工业当今技术进步的主要标志,必须给于应有的重视。
This paper intends to explain the new theory and practice of aluminum electrolysis process in recent years that the process design of aluminum reduction cell must be freed from the traditional bondage and adopt a new concept to design a high performance electrolytic cell with the characteristics of the eighties.
