执政合法性同执政者的执政绩效密切相关。中国共产党面对执政以来的意识形态合法性和经济绩效合法性的危机与困境,提出了以人为本全面协调可持续发展的科学发展观,将会全面提高中国共产党的执政绩效,维护中国共产党的执政合法性。
The legitimacy of ruling is closely related to the ruling performance of the ruling party. Faced with the crisis of ideological legitimacy and the legitimacy of economic performance since the party was in power, the CPC proposed a people-oriented scientific concept of development that fully and coordinatedly promote sustainable development.
