中高职加强衔接给中职青年“双师型”教师既带来了机遇也带来了挑战:一方面,在适应中高职衔接的过程中,中职青年教师的业务水平、职业素养、社会认可度以及晋升空间等会进一步提升;另一方面中职青年“双师型”教师也面临着教学创新、实践能力提升等方面的压力。因此,如何更好地适应中高职衔接的形势,努力提升自我是中职青年“双师型”教师必须认真思考的问题。
