目的:探讨中药复方癌复灵对荷瘤小鼠免疫功能和荷瘤术后体力恢复的影响。方法:通过测定荷瘤小鼠用环磷酰胺(CTX)化疗后血清溶血素含量与脾细胞分泌抗体功能,以及绵羊红细胞(SRBC)所致的荷瘤小鼠迟发型足垫肿胀试验,观察癌复灵对肿瘤机体免疫功能的影响;采用小鼠游泳试验评价癌复灵对荷瘤小鼠化疗后手术恢复期体力的影响。结果:癌复灵4g.kg-1灌胃能明显对抗CTX化疗所致的荷瘤小鼠IgM含量降低;显著增强荷瘤后化疗小鼠脾细胞分泌抗体的功能;明显对抗CTX对SRBC致荷瘤小鼠足垫肿胀的抑制作用;能延长化疗后手术恢复期小鼠的游泳时间,有效改善恢复期体力。结论:癌复灵具有增强肿瘤机体免疫功能和促进手术后体力恢复的作用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Chinese medicine compound Guifuling on immune function and physical recovery after tumor-bearing mice. Methods: The tumor-bearing mice were treated with cyclophosphamide (CTX) chemotherapy, the serum hemolysin level and the function of spleen cells secreting antibodies, and the delayed footpad swelling test in tumor-bearing mice induced by sheep erythrocytes (SRBC) Fuling on the immune function of tumor; the use of mouse swimming test evaluation of cancer Fufang effect of tumor-bearing mice after chemotherapy during convalescence. Results: Gufuling 4g.kg-1 can obviously antagonize the decrease of IgM in tumor-bearing mice induced by CTX chemotherapy, significantly enhance the function of antibody secreted by splenocytes of mice after chemotherapy, Tumor mouse foot pad swelling; can prolong the operation time after chemotherapy in mice swimming time, effectively improve the recovery of physical strength. Conclusion: Gufiling can enhance the immune function of tumor and promote the physical recovery after operation.
