随着市场经济的发展,国有企业在不断改制的压力下,发展的步伐不断加大,国有企业的共青团工作也面临了新的形势,遇到了前所未有的挑战和困难,如何克服困难,创新团组织的工作,让国有企业共青团发挥其应有的作用,需要我们认真思考。本文分析了新形势对团组织新的要求,以及目前国有企业团组织工作现状,对促进和提高国有企业共青团工作提出了建议。
With the development of the market economy, under the pressure of continuous restructuring, the pace of development of state-owned enterprises has been constantly increasing. The work of the Communist Youth League of state-owned enterprises has also faced a new situation. It has encountered unprecedented challenges and difficulties and how to overcome the difficulties.
