结合武钢P3A2钢冷轧薄板的特点,试验研究了热轧卷取温度对冷轧薄板性能不均匀性的影响规律。结果表明,热轧卷取温度对冷轧薄板屈服强度不均匀性有较大影响,对抗拉强度和伸长率影响不大;卷取温度越高,冷轧板的屈服强度越低,整卷钢不同部位性能不均匀性越明显,表现特征为头、尾屈服强度偏高,中间屈服强度偏低;最后确定680℃为最佳的热轧卷取温度。
