2013年11月22日北京当前中国经济由于受经济结构调整与转型的影响,仍处于诸多不确定状态中。但毋庸置疑的是,受西方经济好转,以及国内巨大消费潜能仍未充分释放,尤其是十八届确定的宏观经济战略正有条不紊地扎实推动,并在战术层面得到了坚定的执行。通过改革市场资源配置制度,打破垄断,以及财税改革、政府自身改革等措施,可以肯定这将奠定今后至少十到十五年的经济发展格局。因此,人力资源如何在更大的宏观背景中寻找前进的路,这将是我们本次论坛首要关注和探讨的。
