酮康唑应用于临床以来,证明口服吸收好,疗效高,副作用小,既能治疗各种浅部真菌病,又能治疗深部真菌病,是目前较好、较有前途的广谱抗真菌药。现将1978～1984年所查到的文献资料综述如下: 一、适应证和禁忌症(一)治疗体表和体内真菌病,包括1.皮癣菌或酵母菌对皮肤、指甲的感染;皮肤真菌病、花斑癣、阴道念珠菌病、慢性粘膜念珠菌病、甲癣。2.口腔(鹅口疮、传染性口角炎)、肠胃道的酵母菌感染。3.系统性真菌感染,如系统性念珠菌病、副球孢子菌病、球孢子菌病及组织胞浆菌病。
